Does this sound Familiar?

their mouth is always open and you assume it’s just how they are

Lips open at rest, mouth open while sleeping, chest movement while breathing. You’ve been told it’s fine. It’s not.

They’re “just picky” but mealtimes feel hard daily

It’s not just preferences. It’s gagging, meltdowns, textures that seem impossible, and a list of safe foods that doesn’t change.

They sleep through the night, but they are cranky or exhausted

You’ve been told they’re getting enough sleep. The dark circles, the tantrums, and attention problems aren’t adding up.

You’ve heard the words “tongue tie” but still feel unsure

Maybe it was mentioned at birth. Maybe it was brought up more recently. Either way, Nobody has connected it to everything else going on.

the adhd or anxiety diagnosis feels like part of the story, but not all of it

The diagnosis made sense, but something still feels off. You’re managing symptoms without ever getting to the root.

You’re doing your own research because the providers aren’t giving you answers

Late nights, Google rabbit holes, Facebook groups. You know there’s something here, you just need explanation and guidance.

“breathing. Sleeping. Eating. Three things that feel separate. one root cause connecting all of them. this is what no one has mentioned, until now.”

wait a second…

  • my pediatrician has never mentioned any of this. Does that mean it doesn't apply to my child?

It most likely means your pediatrician hasn’t been trained in airway and myofunctional therapy, not that your child doesn’t need it.

This is an emerging area of healthcare. Most professional schools devote very little time to orofacial myofunctional disorders, tongue ties, or long-term impact of mouth breathing. Many of the families we work with mention that they wish someone had told them about this sooner.

  • "I'm not sure this applies to my child. What if I go through the course and it's not relevant?"

That's exactly what this course is designed to help you figure out.

You don't need a diagnosis to take this course. You just need a feeling that something might be off. By the end of Module 1, you'll already have a much clearer picture.

And if it turns out your child is in the clear? You'll still walk away understanding something about how breathing, sleep, and eating connect — information that is valuable for any parent, for life.

Hi, I’m Arielle!

I'm a certified myofunctional therapist. And I’m a mom of three girls with the exact same challenges.

Before everything else, I’m a mother.

I have three daughters. All three of them have airway challenges (what can I say, they get it from their mother). We have been through the sleepless nights, the mood swings, the picky eating, and the mouth breathing that no one could explain. We navigated tongue ties, ear infections, and a healthcare system that kept telling us to wait.

I’m not teaching this from a textbook. I’m living it alongside you. I’m seeing these things in my clients day in and day out.

I’m also doing my own myofunctional therapy as an adult, because these patterns don’t always get caught in childhood, and I believe in the treatment enough to do it myself.

What I know, both as a clinician and a mom, is that these challenges are treatable. The earlier we address the root cause, the less your child has to compensate as they grow. But first, you need someone to explain what’s actually going on. That’s why I made this course.

Questions?

  • This course is for parents of children of any age who are noticing symptoms like mouth breathing, snoring, picky eating, poor sleep, or behavioral challenges that don’t have a clear explanation. It’s also for parents who have already received a diagnosis — tongue tie, ADHD, sleep apnea, sensory processing disorder — and feel like there’s still a piece of the puzzle missing. If you have a nagging feeling that something is connected and nobody has explained how, this course is for you.

  • Yes, in fact, the earlier these patterns are identified, the sooner we can start addressing them. Many of the signs covered in this course show up in infancy and toddlerhood. This course is designed to help parents of children from toddler age through the teen years recognize what they’re seeing and understand their options.

  • Absolutely. This course isn’t replacing a diagnosis. It’s about understanding what may be contributing to it. Many families find that addressing the airway connection improves or changes the picture significantly. If you’ve been treating the diagnosis but something still feels off, this course will help you understand why.

  • The course is six core modules plus three bonus modules. Each is 50 to 10 minutes long. You can watch it in an afternoon or spread it out over a few weeks. There’s no schedule and no deadline. You get instant, lifetime access the moment you enroll, on any device, at any pace that works for you.

  • No. This is an important distinction. This course is education, not treatment. It will help you understand what myofunctional therapy is, whether it might be right for your child, and how to find a qualified provider. It does not replace an evaluation, a treatment plan, or the personalized exercises and guidance that come from working directly with a therapist. Think of it as the information that helps you have better conversations and make more informed decisions, not the treatment itself.

  • This course does not include therapeutic exercises. Myofunctional therapy exercises are tailored to each child's specific needs based on a clinical evaluation. Doing the wrong exercises, or the right ones out of sequence, can sometimes be counterproductive. What this course does include are simple lifestyle habits and awareness activities that support healthy development — things like nasal breathing practice, oral habits awareness, and eating habits that build oral motor strength. These are safe for any family to incorporate and are clearly distinguished from therapeutic exercises throughout.

  • No. This course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information shared is intended to help parents understand airway health and myofunctional therapy so they can have more informed conversations with their child's healthcare providers. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for evaluation and treatment of your child's specific needs. If you have concerns about your child's health, please reach out to your pediatrician, dentist, or a licensed clinician.
